In her latest book, Strong Like Water, Aundi combines science, psychology, some hard fought knowledge, and the love of God to show us that while there’s no way through but through, healing is available to us.

Aundi is knowledgeable and compassionate, tender and fierce, humble and bold. With vast knowledge and a talent for teaching, she gives us compassionate language for understanding our responses, which responses serve us best and how all of our responses— whether a raging rapid or a gentle trickle— can be strong like water.
